Paraprofessional Certification Training

Taking the time to provide good training for the paraprofessionals in your building is essential for student progress. However, it is often difficult to find appropriate training materials and can become time consuming. Professional Development Days often are filled with content that is not relevant for the paraeducators, leaving you scrambling to find things for them to doo.

Dr. Amy Buie-Titone has created a four-day certification for paraprofessionals that will cover the same content in Behavior Analysis that a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) receives. In addition to the 4 days of training, each participant will be required to turn in assignments and complete activities that demonstrate competency of the material. A multiple choice exam will also be given at the end of the course before certification is complete.
